The Stainless Steel UV Light Lift is fabricated from either SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel depending on the corrosion resistance requirements of the installation environment. SUS304 is suitable for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, food processing areas, and general medical facilities. SUS316L provides enhanced corrosion resistance for marine environments, chemical processing areas, and facilities using aggressive cleaning agents such as peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide vapor. All exposed surfaces receive electropolished finish to meet cleanroom surface finish requirements. The motor housing is IP65 sealed to prevent ingress of cleaning chemicals and water during washdown. Stainless steel hardware including bolts, nuts, and cable attachment points throughout ensures complete corrosion resistance. Available in H-UV10 (10kg) and H-UV25 (25kg) configurations with standard lift distances.
